Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95 (10-15 business days after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- All Electronics (waterproof headphones, swim trackers, etc.)
- Guard & Rescue Equipment
- Lifeguard gear (whistles, tubes, etc.)
- Opened hygiene-related products
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Order Number]).
Item name: [Product Name]
Reason for return: [Reason]

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address: 536 Ferry Street, Anniston, US 36201
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Including the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Special Cases
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
